The absolute best workout for losing weight that I have ever done is on a treadmill. I still can’t believe how much harder this type of workout is than just going for a job. I have never really heard of this before but it really works. I’ve had my Power Blocks for a long time now. I’ve also stopped in going to gyms also. I have designed a workout program for myself which is home-based. #1 Make sure to eat 6 meals a day, this will provide your body with in coming nutrients which you will need in order to repair your muscle mass.

#2 Eat a lot of protein, this is the main thing that builds muscle in your body, try to get a gram of protein for each pound of body weight at a minimum.
